The Saheli Community Center Library is a clean and safe space that is free and open to all of Bhikamkor’s children. The library, which was started by an IPHD intern, is home to more than 150 books in Hindi and English, all of which are available for checkout with a community library card.
The library is also stocked with coloring books and art supplies, and serves as a center for special after school programs that have included English and art lessons, puppet shows, henna painting, computer classes and personal development courses.
